- Active daily outreach duties to potential clients, partners
- Schedule and conduct meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients to educate them about the company's products and services
- Develop Sales Partner Network (for indirect sales of B2B product and software services)
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients/partners by providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and keeping them informed about the company's products or services
- Qualify leads and prospects through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and potential clients
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Marketing and Sales, to develop and execute strategies for generating new business and achieving revenue targets
- Manage and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and organize leads, prospects, and customer interactions
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies related to the company's products or services
- Continuously improve business development processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, to network and promote the company's products or services

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role
- 1-2 years of experience with email / LinkedIn outreach
- Proven sales track record / building partners network
- Previous experience in establishing B2B partnerships (eg. Sales partners, lead generation partners)
- English language level minimum C1 Advanced (contacts with English-speaking clients and partners)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with tools like: Sales Navigator / Apollo.io / Lemlist / Lusha / email capture tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to have
- Having sales experience in the B2B SaaS software product or Software House would be a big plus
