Outcomes
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive user engagement and growth
- Monitor community platforms (such as forums, social media, and chat rooms) to ensure they remain active and engaging
- Foster positive relationships with community members by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing concerns
- Engage with online communities to build relationships and promote the company’s products or services
- Cultivate relationships with key influencers within the community
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing, to develop and implement social media campaigns
- Organize community events, such as webinars, meetups, and user groups
- Analyze community engagement metrics and use data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Advocate for the community internally and ensure that their feedback is incorporated into product and service development
- Continuously research and stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in community management

Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Community Specialist, Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proven community growth record
- Experience with growing B2C communities on Twitter / Telegram / FB / Discord (crypto, blockchain, and software space, other B2C)
- Experience with building relations with Influencers (YouTube, Twitter, blogs)
- Experience with affiliate programs like Trade Doubler, Afilo, ClickBank, JVZoo
- Experience with creating affiliate programs
- English level: C1 Advanced
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
Nice to have
- Interest in IT, Blockchain, Software and Digital Marketing
- Crypto/Software/VPN/Security apps experience would be a big plus
- Project Management experience (you own the project)
