Outcomes

Requirements

  • English at a minimum level of B2 (higher intermediate)
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, macOS operating systems
  • The ability to diagnose hardware and software faults
  • Knowledge of issues related to computer networks and shared resources based on Microsoft AD
  • Communication skills, the ability to work in a team and solve problems under time pressur
