- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Conduct thorough analysis to understand and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive and clear documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a mutual understanding of project goals and requirements
- Analyse complex business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure that testing processes align with documented requirements
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- English level at least C1
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools for requirements management
Nice to have
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, IT, or engineering
- Knowledge of building Business Applications, ERPs, Supply Chain systems
