Position: Sales / Business Partner
Location: Fully remote (candidates can be located anywhere)
Employment Type: 100% commission-based (uncapped)
B2B Product: 20% of sales (uncapped)
Milo SH services: negotiable 3%-10% (uncapped)

- You’ll arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present and demonstrate our two main products/services:
- Encrypted messenger application: Showcase the secure messaging features and highlight the benefits and value it brings to businesses in terms of communication privacy and data security;
- Software services: Present our range of software services, such as customized software development, software integration, and software consulting, emphasizing the competitive advantage and the potential for driving business growth.
- You’ll sign contracts with clients with our help
- You’ll collaborate closely with the internal Sales Team and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients
- We’ll provide all necessary training and materials to enable your effective sales

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the software industry or related technology sectors
- Experience in client acquisition and lead generation techniques
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a globally distributed team
- Knowledge or interest in technology and software solutions

- Experience in establishing B2B partnerships
Recruitment process:
- Screening interview - up to 30 min with our Recruitment team member. (The candidate must be accepted by our Recruitment team after the CV analysis).
- 60-sec video link - candidates accepted by our Recruitment team will be asked to share a 60-sec pitch video for our CEO to review.
- If the second part ends successfully, you will participate in a group onboarding meeting with our CEO.
