Requirements

• More than 5 years of UX/UI Design experience
• English level minimum C1 (Advanced)
• Experience in Mobile, Desktop and RWD design
• Full knowledge of common UX patterns
• Being up to date with latest UI Design styles
• Full understanding of typography and color standards
• Ability to balance between the visual design of a product or service and the design of how end users will experience and use it
• Knowledge of UX and UI design workflows for best and most efficient results
• Experience with conducting workshop with clients
• Ability to justifying UX and UI design decisions
• Vast experience with tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Invision, Zeplin
• Experience using wireframing tools
• Knowledge of customer journeys, conversion funnels, data analysis
• Experience working in Agile development process
