Zain Zorbot is a leading mobile data service operator with a commercial presence across eight countries in the Middle East and Africa, employing over 7,000 people.

This project focused on designing cross-platform applications for customer service robots deployed within Zain’s physical locations. The robots were created to assist customers on-site by providing information, guidance, and support, enhancing both operational efficiency and user experience.

While the project required strict adherence to the company’s brand guidelines, we introduced several creative concepts and interaction solutions that expanded the brand’s digital expression. These ideas were met with strong approval and positively influenced the final product direction.
