Projects
Stepwise
Stepwise, a Norwegian startup with US capital, represents our venture into the world of environmental optimization for the oil and gas industry. This project showcases our ability to support startups from concept to implementation, tackling complex analytical challenges in the energy sector. Our partnership with Stepwise demonstrates our expertise in developing sophisticated platforms that help major corporations like BP and Shell optimize their operations and reduce CO2 emissions.
Munson Furniture
Munson Furniture, later rebranded as CraftOS, represents a leap forward in custom furniture design and manufacturing. This project showcases our ability to create sophisticated 3D configurator tools that bridge the gap between customer customization and automated manufacturing processes. By enabling users to personalize furniture designs in real-time, we've helped transform the bespoke furniture industry for small to medium-sized businesses.
Gaiachain
Gaiachain is a blockchain-based solution for tracking and monitoring resources in Africa, including charcoal, wood, and cocoa. As the full technology partner and de facto CTO, we developed a comprehensive system to ensure transparency and traceability in the supply chain, benefiting local producers and end consumers alike. This project showcases our ability to develop complex, socially impactful solutions using cutting-edge technologies like blockchain, while addressing real-world challenges in resource management and supply chain transparency.
Report
Report is a decentralized platform designed to help communities stay functional when digital systems fail. It provides tools for secure communication, economic independence, and community safety. With cyberattacks on the rise, Report creates a space where anyone can easily report security threats and share intelligence, even when traditional networks crash.
The platform opens your eyes to how fragile our digital world really is. Through interactive timelines and real-world examples, Report shows that today's assumptions about internet stability don't match reality. When global networks go down, Report keeps working, creating protection that doesn't depend on centralized systems that could fail at any moment.
Bflow
BFlow represents a transformative journey in the automation of the accounting process. Our partnership with this Swedish digital accounting agency evolved from initial technical support to a comprehensive system overhaul, culminating in our role as the main technology partner and investor. This project showcases our ability to modernize legacy systems, scale applications, and support businesses through various growth stages - from startup to market expansion.
Steelhorse Auctions
When oil rigs are decommissioned, they leave behind tons of valuable material — especially industrial-grade pipe and structural steel. Steel Horse Auctions set out to modernize how these materials are resold, building a digital auction platform that connects sellers with serious buyers across the U.S.
We partnered with their team to design and develop a fast, reliable web application tailored to this niche. In just 3 months, we built the core auction engine, streamlined the listing and bidding process, and delivered a clean, responsive interface that works across devices.
Sellers can now list inventory with detailed specs and photos, while buyers get verified listings, transparent bidding, and instant notifications. It’s a simple but powerful tool for an industry that’s been underserved by traditional marketplaces.
Charlee.ai
Charlee.ai helps insurance teams make faster, smarter decisions with the power of predictive analytics. We joined early in their journey—back when the company was known as Infinilytics—to build the first version of their web-based claims intelligence platform.
Over a 12-month collaboration, our team helped turn raw insurance data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with the founders, we developed the MVP that connected adjusters with real-time flags for risk, fraud, litigation, and reserves. The system analyzed millions of claims using machine learning and NLP to surface patterns that would be invisible to the human eye.
Since then, Charlee has become a trusted partner to insurers across the U.S., powering claims decisions for companies like Snapsheet and earning patents for its technology. We’re proud to have played a role in bringing the platform to life.
Myotest
We worked with Swiss health-tech company Myotest to build the very first version of their motion analysis platform — a system that translates accelerometer data into real-time biomechanical feedback. Starting from early hardware prototypes, we helped design and develop the MVP for their initial desktop software, enabling athletes and trainers to measure running form, performance, and injury risk in entirely new ways.
This was a full-stack embedded project, combining hardware interaction, data processing, and user interface into one seamless experience. Our role included everything from low-level data acquisition from the sensor to front-end data visualization — giving runners, coaches, and researchers a clear view of key metrics like stride regularity, ground contact time, and vertical oscillation.
SeeMenu
We created SeeMenu as a mobile-first solution to a simple but common problem: people want to see what they’re ordering. The app lets users browse real, photo-based restaurant menus and preview dishes before making a choice — making dining out (or ordering in) a lot more visual and confidence-driven.
Built entirely in-house by the Milo team, SeeMenu includes cross-platform mobile apps and a responsive admin panel for restaurants. Menus can be updated remotely in real time, no coding or tech skills required. In just three months, we took the idea from concept to beta launch in both app stores.
Meditation EEG App
GoDeeper is a long-running collaboration between Milo and the Institute for Meditation and Brainwave Research (IMBR), built to bring neuroscience-grade EEG technology to everyday users. Working closely with the founder and team, we helped design and develop a full suite of digital products that support guided meditation, brainwave monitoring, and personalized feedback using the Muse headband.
The GoDeeper mobile app connects with Muse EEG devices via Bluetooth and tracks brainwave activity in real-time. Users can follow personalized meditation protocols, receive insights after each session, and track their mental state over time. At the same time, the web-based coach dashboard allows meditation experts to analyze EEG data and support users on their journey. The system is designed to be scientifically robust, while still being easy to use for non-technical audiences.
Over five years, Milo led end-to-end development across mobile (iOS, Android), web, and embedded systems, helping the team grow from early experiments to a production-ready product backed by research and used globally by individuals, coaches, and researchers.
Soloshot
SoloShot is a California-based startup that partnered with us to build something pretty remarkable — a camera that automatically tracks and films a person without anyone behind the lens. Designed for athletes, surfers, and creators who often shoot solo, it combines GPS tracking, sensors, and smart software to keep the subject perfectly framed from a distance.
Milo joined the team early on to help bring the entire product to life. Over two years, we handled end-to-end development: building a cross-platform desktop app, designing embedded software to communicate with the camera, and integrating all the moving parts into a smooth, reliable experience.
We helped take SoloShot from an idea to a working product that people now use every day to capture their training sessions, performances, and adventures — without a camera crew.
KFM 24/7
KFM24/7 LTD is a facility maintenance company for which we developed a comprehensive management system. This project involved modernizing an outdated 15-20 year old system, demonstrating our ability to handle complex migrations and create efficient solutions for established businesses. Our work transformed KFM's operations, effectively increasing their capacity by 30% without additional staff.
