Report

Report is a decentralized platform designed to help communities stay functional when digital systems fail. It provides tools for secure communication, economic independence, and community safety. With cyberattacks on the rise, Report creates a space where anyone can easily report security threats and share intelligence, even when traditional networks crash.

The platform opens your eyes to how fragile our digital world really is. Through interactive timelines and real-world examples, Report shows that today's assumptions about internet stability don't match reality. When global networks go down, Report keeps working, creating protection that doesn't depend on centralized systems that could fail at any moment.

CarMate
Saudi Arabia Business Operations Automotive
CarMate

CarMate set out to solve a familiar problem: booking car detailing services is often a hassle. Between unclear availability, clunky apps, and outdated systems, both drivers and detailing pros were missing out. This platform changes that.

We teamed up with CarMate’s founders to build a flexible, user-first solution from the ground up — a place where individual users can quickly book car wash or polishing appointments, and businesses can create accounts to offer their own services.

What makes CarMate stand out is the smart scheduling engine under the hood. Instead of relying on default calendar tools, we created a custom integration using FullCalendar, Cronofy, and the Google Calendar API to give users real control over their time. Combined with a local payment gateway (HyperPay), the platform is built for real-world use — especially in the Saudi market, where CarMate is launching first.

The result is a smooth, responsive web app that brings structure and simplicity to a traditionally messy industry.

Pythia Store
United States Startups Business Operations
Pythia Store

Pythia Store helps retail managers make smarter decisions by listening — literally — to what’s happening in their stores.

It captures in-store audio, analyzes it with AI, and delivers tailored recommendations straight to each manager’s inbox.

Milo partnered with Pythia Store's founder to design and build the entire system: embedded software to record and transmit in-store audio, a secure backend to process and analyze data, and a clean, responsive web platform for browsing insights. We also handled integrations with tools like Whisper AI, Gemma 3:27b, Resend, and Klaviyo — all hosted on scalable AWS infrastructure. Finally, we designed and prepared website copy for their Landing Page.

The result is a first-of-its-kind, AI-powered insights system that helps store managers react faster, work smarter, and lead better — even when they’re not on-site.
