Projects
Bflow
BFlow represents a transformative journey in the automation of the accounting process. Our partnership with this Swedish digital accounting agency evolved from initial technical support to a comprehensive system overhaul, culminating in our role as the main technology partner and investor. This project showcases our ability to modernize legacy systems, scale applications, and support businesses through various growth stages - from startup to market expansion.
Stepwise
Stepwise, a Norwegian startup with US capital, represents our venture into the world of environmental optimization for the oil and gas industry. This project showcases our ability to support startups from concept to implementation, tackling complex analytical challenges in the energy sector. Our partnership with Stepwise demonstrates our expertise in developing sophisticated platforms that help major corporations like BP and Shell optimize their operations and reduce CO2 emissions.
Report
Report is a decentralized platform designed to help communities stay functional when digital systems fail. It provides tools for secure communication, economic independence, and community safety. With cyberattacks on the rise, Report creates a space where anyone can easily report security threats and share intelligence, even when traditional networks crash.
The platform opens your eyes to how fragile our digital world really is. Through interactive timelines and real-world examples, Report shows that today's assumptions about internet stability don't match reality. When global networks go down, Report keeps working, creating protection that doesn't depend on centralized systems that could fail at any moment.
Gaiachain
Gaiachain is a blockchain-based solution for tracking and monitoring resources in Africa, including charcoal, wood, and cocoa. As the full technology partner and de facto CTO, we developed a comprehensive system to ensure transparency and traceability in the supply chain, benefiting local producers and end consumers alike. This project showcases our ability to develop complex, socially impactful solutions using cutting-edge technologies like blockchain, while addressing real-world challenges in resource management and supply chain transparency.
Munson Furniture
Munson Furniture, later rebranded as CraftOS, represents a leap forward in custom furniture design and manufacturing. This project showcases our ability to create sophisticated 3D configurator tools that bridge the gap between customer customization and automated manufacturing processes. By enabling users to personalize furniture designs in real-time, we've helped transform the bespoke furniture industry for small to medium-sized businesses.
Energy Tubulars
For years, Energy Tubulars relied on spreadsheets to manage critical operations — tracking inventory, forecasting budgets, and coordinating shipments manually, often copying data from NAV Dynamics into Excel by hand. It worked… until it didn’t.
The client came to us with a clear goal: build something internal, simple, and robust — a web app that could replace outdated workflows without disrupting the way their team works.
We designed and built a custom platform using React and Django, tightly integrated with NAV Dynamics. The system automates data imports, consolidates scheduling, and streamlines budget forecasting, all within a single interface.
It’s not flashy — and it doesn’t need to be. It’s fast, reliable, and built around real operational needs. With everything centralized, the team at Energy Tubulars can now focus less on spreadsheets and more on keeping their logistics and inventory running smoothly.
Speicherbox
Speicherbox is a Swiss cloud storage platform focused on security, privacy, and digital sovereignty. Built for organizations that need full control over their data, it offers end-to-end encrypted file syncing, document collaboration, and storage — all hosted in Swiss data centers.
Milo was brought in to support their internal team by preparing desktop installation packages for Windows, macOS, and Linux. While the platform itself was already built, we ensured the installation process was smooth, secure, and production-ready across environments.
Even for a privacy-first product like Speicherbox, the install experience matters — and we helped make sure users could get up and running without friction.
GoExpedi
GoExpedi set out to modernize how heavy industries — from oil rigs to mining operations — procure critical parts and equipment. Over three years, our team partnered with them to design and build a seamless web platform that powers one of the most efficient digital supply chains in the U.S.
We helped GoExpedi deliver an experience that feels like a modern B2C eCommerce site, but built for the complexity of industrial operations. From search and ordering to delivery tracking, analytics, and vendor integration — we designed a system that gets the right part, to the right place, fast.
iBoard Touch
We built the full software suite behind iBoardTouch's interactive whiteboards — including IWB Pro and DigitClass, two powerful apps designed for education and business environments. Our team handled everything from UX to cross-platform development, bringing dynamic features like live annotation, page replays, handwriting recognition, and session recording to large-format touchscreens and tablets.
Over three years, Milo collaborated closely with iBoardTouch to deliver intuitive, flexible tools that turned presentations and lessons into immersive, hands-on experiences. From classroom teaching to boardroom strategy sessions, our tech helped users engage more deeply and communicate more clearly, across devices and platforms.
Meditation EEG App
GoDeeper is a long-running collaboration between Milo and the Institute for Meditation and Brainwave Research (IMBR), built to bring neuroscience-grade EEG technology to everyday users. Working closely with the founder and team, we helped design and develop a full suite of digital products that support guided meditation, brainwave monitoring, and personalized feedback using the Muse headband.
The GoDeeper mobile app connects with Muse EEG devices via Bluetooth and tracks brainwave activity in real-time. Users can follow personalized meditation protocols, receive insights after each session, and track their mental state over time. At the same time, the web-based coach dashboard allows meditation experts to analyze EEG data and support users on their journey. The system is designed to be scientifically robust, while still being easy to use for non-technical audiences.
Over five years, Milo led end-to-end development across mobile (iOS, Android), web, and embedded systems, helping the team grow from early experiments to a production-ready product backed by research and used globally by individuals, coaches, and researchers.
Dotmatics Luma
Dotmatics Luma is a cutting-edge research platform designed to help scientists accelerate discovery by integrating AI and multimodal data into adaptive, user-friendly workflows. For over five years, Milo has partnered with the Dotmatics team to support the development of this robust web platform—specifically in the antibody and protein engineering space.
Our developers helped build and maintain core parts of Luma's front-end experience and supported the back-end integrations that allow scientists to process, analyze, and visualize complex research data in real time. We worked on data normalization interfaces, dashboard tools, and flexible UI components that let users build and customize their workflows without writing code.
Luma helps scientists break down data silos, automate repetitive tasks, and make better-informed decisions using built-in AI tools. It's a powerful example of what happens when biotech and software work in sync, and we're proud to have contributed to a product that directly supports faster, smarter R&D.
Myotest
We worked with Swiss health-tech company Myotest to build the very first version of their motion analysis platform — a system that translates accelerometer data into real-time biomechanical feedback. Starting from early hardware prototypes, we helped design and develop the MVP for their initial desktop software, enabling athletes and trainers to measure running form, performance, and injury risk in entirely new ways.
This was a full-stack embedded project, combining hardware interaction, data processing, and user interface into one seamless experience. Our role included everything from low-level data acquisition from the sensor to front-end data visualization — giving runners, coaches, and researchers a clear view of key metrics like stride regularity, ground contact time, and vertical oscillation.
