Projects
Bflow
BFlow represents a transformative journey in the automation of the accounting process. Our partnership with this Swedish digital accounting agency evolved from initial technical support to a comprehensive system overhaul, culminating in our role as the main technology partner and investor. This project showcases our ability to modernize legacy systems, scale applications, and support businesses through various growth stages - from startup to market expansion.
Stepwise
Stepwise, a Norwegian startup with US capital, represents our venture into the world of environmental optimization for the oil and gas industry. This project showcases our ability to support startups from concept to implementation, tackling complex analytical challenges in the energy sector. Our partnership with Stepwise demonstrates our expertise in developing sophisticated platforms that help major corporations like BP and Shell optimize their operations and reduce CO2 emissions.
Report
Report is a decentralized platform designed to help communities stay functional when digital systems fail. It provides tools for secure communication, economic independence, and community safety. With cyberattacks on the rise, Report creates a space where anyone can easily report security threats and share intelligence, even when traditional networks crash.
The platform opens your eyes to how fragile our digital world really is. Through interactive timelines and real-world examples, Report shows that today's assumptions about internet stability don't match reality. When global networks go down, Report keeps working, creating protection that doesn't depend on centralized systems that could fail at any moment.
Gaiachain
Gaiachain is a blockchain-based solution for tracking and monitoring resources in Africa, including charcoal, wood, and cocoa. As the full technology partner and de facto CTO, we developed a comprehensive system to ensure transparency and traceability in the supply chain, benefiting local producers and end consumers alike. This project showcases our ability to develop complex, socially impactful solutions using cutting-edge technologies like blockchain, while addressing real-world challenges in resource management and supply chain transparency.
Munson Furniture
Munson Furniture, later rebranded as CraftOS, represents a leap forward in custom furniture design and manufacturing. This project showcases our ability to create sophisticated 3D configurator tools that bridge the gap between customer customization and automated manufacturing processes. By enabling users to personalize furniture designs in real-time, we've helped transform the bespoke furniture industry for small to medium-sized businesses.
Presto
Imagine ordering dinner, playing games, and paying the bill — all without leaving your seat or waiting for a server. That’s the dining experience we helped create with Presto’s in-table restaurant tablets.
Over a two-year collaboration with Presto (formerly E la Carte), our team built the software behind these embedded Android devices, now used by millions of diners across major US chains like Applebee’s and Outback Steakhouse. From interactive menus and real-time ordering to secure payments and built-in entertainment, we developed an engaging experience that changed how people dine out.
Charlee.ai
Charlee.ai helps insurance teams make faster, smarter decisions with the power of predictive analytics. We joined early in their journey—back when the company was known as Infinilytics—to build the first version of their web-based claims intelligence platform.
Over a 12-month collaboration, our team helped turn raw insurance data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with the founders, we developed the MVP that connected adjusters with real-time flags for risk, fraud, litigation, and reserves. The system analyzed millions of claims using machine learning and NLP to surface patterns that would be invisible to the human eye.
Since then, Charlee has become a trusted partner to insurers across the U.S., powering claims decisions for companies like Snapsheet and earning patents for its technology. We’re proud to have played a role in bringing the platform to life.
Zeutec
Zeutec's SpectraAlyzer GRAIN project showcases our expertise in developing sophisticated embedded systems for the agricultural industry. This collaboration with a German SME highlights our ability to enhance existing technologies, creating a user-friendly, efficient solution for grain analysis. Our work on the Mias application for SpectraAlyzer demonstrates our proficiency in Qt development, embedded systems, and IoT integration.
Marmalade SDK
Milo joined the Marmalade SDK team to help modernize and maintain one of the most respected cross-platform game development frameworks of its time. Known for powering titles like Plants vs. Zombies, Peggle, and Draw Something, Marmalade SDK enabled developers to build high-performance games with a single C++ codebase and deploy them across iOS, Android, Windows, and more.
We worked closely with the core team in the UK, contributing to desktop development, tooling, and performance optimization during the final iterations of the SDK’s commercial lifecycle. Our job was to ensure the product remained reliable, developer-friendly, and competitive, even as the landscape of mobile and embedded platforms rapidly evolved.
Despite its eventual sunset, Marmalade SDK left a lasting legacy in the industry. We were proud to support its mission of helping developers build better games, faster—without compromising performance or portability.
Photostock
PhotoStock Plus, a Hawaii-based photo processing and printing company, has been a long-standing partner of ours for over 7-8 years. This project exemplifies our commitment to supporting small businesses with tailored software solutions and our ability to maintain long-term client relationships. Our work for PhotoStock Plus demonstrates our expertise in desktop application development and our flexibility in providing ongoing maintenance for valued clients.
MiniPCR
MiniPCR, a Boston-based startup born from the Mass Challenge accelerator, has revolutionized DNA testing with a device so compact and versatile it's used from high school classrooms to the International Space Station. Our collaboration with MiniPCR demonstrates our ability to develop sophisticated software for cutting-edge scientific devices, bridging the gap between complex technology and user-friendly interfaces across multiple platforms.
Dotmatics Luma
Dotmatics Luma is a cutting-edge research platform designed to help scientists accelerate discovery by integrating AI and multimodal data into adaptive, user-friendly workflows. For over five years, Milo has partnered with the Dotmatics team to support the development of this robust web platform—specifically in the antibody and protein engineering space.
Our developers helped build and maintain core parts of Luma's front-end experience and supported the back-end integrations that allow scientists to process, analyze, and visualize complex research data in real time. We worked on data normalization interfaces, dashboard tools, and flexible UI components that let users build and customize their workflows without writing code.
Luma helps scientists break down data silos, automate repetitive tasks, and make better-informed decisions using built-in AI tools. It's a powerful example of what happens when biotech and software work in sync, and we're proud to have contributed to a product that directly supports faster, smarter R&D.
